Spring 2012 Registration Information

Girls on the Run of San Diego will begin its Spring 2012 Season on Monday, February 27th. Practices will start on Monday or Tuesday.

Details for both Girls on the Run and Girls on Track programs are posted in the table below – online registration can be found here. Registration will be closed March 9th OR when a team is full.

Each team is limited to 15 girls. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Each team must have a minimum of 8 girls registered by February 20th for the program to run. We will contact you by February 6th if your team is in jeopardy of being canceled.

Girls should attend twice a week. Please do not register your daughter if you know she won’t be able to attend twice a week.

The program fee is $200. This fee includes:

  • Twenty-four 75 minute sessions conducted by certified GOTR coaches
  • GOTR t-shirt
  • Water bottle
  • Snacks at the end of each session
  • End of season certificates and awards
  • Entry into season ending 5k

For all registrations through active.com there is a $15 early discount until January 13th and then a $10 early discount until January 27th. We cannot offer this discount for registration through any other method. Please note that active.com does add a processing fee to all registrations.

Full and partial scholarships are available.  To apply for one, please complete the online form BEFORE registering.

Some school teams are restricted to the girls attending the school and registration will be handled on site. Others have online registration as indicated below.
